For many years, Push 3D has been committed to revitalizing and advancing China's 3D packaging and 3D visual industries, establishing itself as a global hub for 3D packaging and a promoter of 3D technology applications. The company’s business covers the design, printing, post-press processing, and molding of packaging for alcoholic beverages, food, pharmaceuticals, cigarette cases, and other related carton and composite packaging. In terms of comprehensive strength and economic performance, Push 3D has become a leader in China's printing industry.

The Push 3D Digital Factory Project, as a benchmark digital initiative in the printing industry, has successfully implemented over 30 core digital modules. It integrates 11 of the group’s business systems and 34 types of data interfaces, building an enterprise-wide digital ecosystem. Through Master Data Management (MDM) to unify data standards, optimization and digitization of business processes, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to achieve real-time equipment monitoring, the project has accomplished full integration across organizations, system platforms, and business units with multi-system linkage. It has realized comprehensive coverage and closed-loop management of the entire order lifecycle business process. By adopting an efficient, automated, and real-time transparent operational model, the project drives the enterprise toward intelligent digital transformation.
Little Antelope Software Project Manager Meng Zhensheng reported on the project's objectives, implementation process, and outcomes.
The Push 3D Digital Factory Project covers four major workshops: offset printing, post-press, composite packaging, and anti-counterfeiting labeling. It has successfully integrated 137 pieces of equipment and connects over ten business departments and related roles, including company management at all levels, production departments, process teams, quality teams, equipment teams, forklift teams, anti-counterfeiting specialists, payroll administrators, plate and tool managers, process supervisors, process planners, team leaders, and machine operators.
The project has achieved five major outcomes: establishing digital standards for process quality, optimizing core business processes through digitization, innovating a scalable technical architecture, realizing transparent production management, and providing data support for quality traceability.
Compared to similar projects in the industry, the Push 3D Digital Factory Project demonstrates significant advantages in its technology platform + data asset model, the direct connection of DCS distributed control systems to equipment PLCs for data collection, visual process design, data-driven decision-making, and platform scalability.
Little Antelope industry expert Chai Chengxue provided recommendations to maximize the value of Push 3D's digital platform, covering sustainable operations, agile response systems, user capability development, data governance, and integrated security-compliance-risk management. He outlined an enterprise digital transformation roadmap from business digitization and data assetization to data-driven operations and intelligent evolution. Regarding AI in printing and packaging, he shared insights on smart quoting, process optimization, production efficiency, quality control, financial risk management, customer experience innovation, and AI-powered decision support.
