    Project Highlights:

Yamagata Printing leverages Little Antelope’s EBC digital factory solution to build a comprehensive digital control system. Through the deployment of DCS and PCS100 systems, equipment is monitored end-to-end with Andon alerts. The integration of BI dashboards with MES enables real-time visualization of core data. In quality control, a mandatory sampling module ensures an automated closed loop, while energy consumption management is refined to the minute level. Smart water tank monitoring enhances product quality. The system connects data across 11 business scenarios, is customized to meet Japanese lean standards, and drives the transformation from manual to data-driven operations.

Little Antelope Project Manager Yu Tao's In-Depth Summary of Project Outcomes: In the Yamagata Printing digital factory project, Little Antelope precisely targeted the high standards of Japanese-invested enterprises, focusing on the core scenario of instruction manual printing. By deeply deconstructing the pain points of digital transformation, we successfully implemented 11 customized solutions. From end-to-end control of self-produced packaging processing, to building a refined model for assembly work order cost accounting; from granular breakdown of production scheduling time, to automated innovations in key processes such as production reporting, mandatory sampling inspection, automated purchase order email notifications, and intelligent anomaly alerts—every aspect reshaped the enterprise's operational chain. At the same time, we conducted deep personalized customization for MES workshop on-site management, KPI behavior management, and BI dashboards, breaking down data silos between finished goods and outsourced component processes, and building an interconnected digital ecosystem. Through the deep integration of digital technology and business scenarios, Little Antelope has not only significantly improved Yamagata Printing’s production efficiency and management precision but also helped establish a refined and intelligent digital factory operation system with industry demonstration value.

Yamagata Printing General Manager and Production Director Zeng Jun's High Praise for the Project Outcomes: "During the implementation of the digital factory project, Yamagata consistently adhered to the Japanese corporate spirit of meticulous craftsmanship. Based on the strategic development of the enterprise and the need for refined business management, we engaged in in-depth discussions and repeated verifications with the Little Antelope team. Guided by the principle that 'requirements are commands, quality is life,' both sides overcame numerous challenges in integrating technology and processes, laying a solid foundation for the enterprise’s digital transformation. Moving forward, we will closely follow the industry’s digital wave, continuously explore new needs, and constantly optimize and improve system functions to empower the enterprise toward more efficient digital and intelligent production and management. At the same time, we will strengthen the learning and training systems for employees across all departments. Through systematic courses, hands-on exercises, and scenario-based teaching, we will drive all staff to quickly master the new system, achieving dual improvements in enterprise operational efficiency and employees’ digital capabilities."”

Little Antelope Software CEO Yang Henglin Demonstrates Long-Term Service Commitment and Confidence: "Project acceptance is not the end but the starting point of a new journey of deep cooperation. We are well aware that Yamagata Printing, as a benchmark enterprise in the instruction manual printing industry, has stringent standards and forward-looking needs for digital services. Little Antelope will adopt the service philosophy of 'full-cycle escort, all-scenario response.' Through online technical support and offline regular follow-ups, we will continuously track and address new needs raised by Yamagata. Leveraging our profound technical accumulation and industry insights, we will drive service upgrades through innovation, creating smarter, better-adapted, and more competitive digital solutions for Yamagata Printing. Together, we will chart a grand blueprint for the enterprise’s digital development, achieving mutual benefit and win ‑ win outcomes in this era of transformation."

    Conclusion

As the acceptance meeting concluded, Yamagata Printing's digital factory project officially entered the operational phase. As a long-term partner of Little Antelope, Yamagata Printing had earlier achieved informatization upgrades through Little Antelope's ERP system and has now once again joined hands to embark on a new journey of digital transformation. Currently, the system is running smoothly in the workshop, with all departments accelerating their adaptation to the new system, supported continuously byLittle Antelope's technical team.

Project implementation is not the endpoint; rather, it is a new starting point for solidifying management foundations with digital tools and advancing toward digitalized production. In the future, both parties will continue their collaborative synergy, deepening the application of digital technologies around business scenarios. This will transform digitalization from a driver of efficiency improvement into an inherent driver of enterprise innovation and development, steadily advancing within the transformative wave of the printing industry.
