Quality Management
The quality inspection phase is an integral and organic component of the supply chain management system. It primarily comprises seven types of inspections: Incoming Quality Control (IQC, including Purchasing and Outsourcing Inspection), Finished Goods Inspection, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), In-Warehouse Inspection, Outgoing Quality Assurance (QA), and Returned Goods Inspection. It also handles sample retention and records the inspection status of these samples.
