"When you took us to see your room, you asked me if I wanted to go to college. I said no, but it was only because I didn’t dare to say it then. Teacher, if I ever get into college, I will definitely invite you!"
These words appear on a postcard written by Chan Hong, a student at Shenxi Township Primary School in Shantou, to Chen Mingzuo, a Teach For China volunteer teacher. Behind the childlike words lies a heart filled with joy and gratitude for the gift of education.。
Yet in many more remote mountainous areas, there are still countless children who lack access to the education they deserve. While some children in cities may read comics during class, in regions with scarce connections to the outside world and a lack of resources and supplies, knowledge remains a luxury for others.

Teach For China—founded in 2008—is committed to "ensuring that all children in China have access to an equal, quality education." To date, the organization has placed over 750 volunteer teachers in under-resourced areas, who teach in 126 primary and secondary schools across Yunnan and Guangdong, impacting more than 110,000 students and delivering over 1,000,000 lessons.
Little Antelope is joining hands with Teach For China, working together to ensure that every child in China receives an equal, quality education so that "going to college" is no longer something they "dare not even dream of."
Attentive readers may have noticed that recently, the smiling face of a young boy has been featured on the launch screens and banners of several Little Antelope products—"Because of you, he envisions a broader future." We hope to raise awareness and encourage more people to join this cause. The step you take today may change a child's life forever.
